Wilderness Systems Kayak Transom Trolling Motor Mount

The Wilderness Systems Universal Trolling Motor Mount is designed to make the installation of a clamp-on style trolling motor with up to 3 H.P. on your kayak a straightforward process. The mount features a popular 4-hole bolt pattern that attaches directly to the stern of select Wilderness Systems kayak models, or it can be retrofitted to models with adequate mounting surface locations. Additionally, the mount can be paired with Wilderness Systems Stern Mounting Plates to accommodate the Radar and ATAK models.

This kit, however, does not come "ready to install," and some DIY installation will be required. Depending on the mounting location, additional hardware and components may be necessary. The use of a backing plate is highly recommended if access allows, although it is not included in the kit.

The Wilderness Systems Universal Trolling Motor Mount is compatible with any boat that has a flat spot on the stern big enough for a power pole. The rectangular hole pattern measures 3.75" x 4.75", making it suitable for a variety of boat models.

Compatibility-wise, the mount is compatible with the following Confluence kayak models: - Perception – Pilot, Outlaw - Wilderness Systems – Radar 115/135, ATAK 120/140 (with the addition of a stern mounting plate) - Wilderness Systems – Recon (without the addition of a stern mounting plate, but requires drilling, hardware, and DIY)

The Wilderness Systems Universal Trolling Motor Mount is a transom trolling motor bracket designed for clamp-on electric trolling motors. It's important to note that the mount may not work with boats that have a recessed mounting location due to differences in molds and cutouts. The mount is recommended for trolling motors with up to 3 Horsepower and/or 70 pounds of thrust, with a maximum recommended weight capacity of 45 lbs.

The bracket dimensions are (L) 8.59" x (W) 8.78" x (H) 3.95", and it weighs 2.7 lbs.
